Tax payments may be made to the township treasurer by mail, in person (by appointment only), placed in the treasurer’s drop box or online at the All paid link on this page. Cash is not allowed in the drop box.

Current Essex Township property tax payments can be made 24/7 with a credit or debit card between July 1 and February 28th. AllPaid accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards for payments online or by phone (1-888-604-7888). Cardholders pay a small service fee to Allpaid at the time of their transaction..
